The very first Four Shires Show in Banbury, held in conjunction with the Town Council's flower and produce show has been voted a great success. The event saw over 5000 visitors and stall holders almost unanimously confirmed the event highly beneficial. The worst of the Bank Holiday weather stayed away and plans are all set for the next show - to be held over the Bank Holiday in 2010. This event will be held in the newly refurbished Market Place and the Town Hall.
All of the staff at The Four Shires would like to thank all the stall holders and sponsors for the show as well a everyone who came along on the day. It was great to see you all.
The charity raffle made £202 - to be presented to Katharine House Hospice.
