novemberThe November 2009 issue of The Four Shires features all our regular contributors and has a stunning cover picture by reader Peter Jones of Mollington near Banbury. The picture show Chesterton Windmill near Harbury caught against a glorious autumnal sky. The magazine has pictures from Paul Webber's open day at Cropredy lawn near Mollington, John Rowing writes about the Banbury Show, the gallery and arts pages feature local artist Judith Yarrow and Stowe Landscape Gardens are featured in the Out and About section.

The autumn outlook has a feature about health and beauty and keeping a positive outlook during the colder, darker months. Shutford Plush is featured with Maggie Chaplin writing a super in depth story on the famous material.

Michael Jones is featured. He was one of the first in the country to set up a workers co-operative - his Michael Jones Jewellery business has been running for over 30 years and is still going strong. His co-operative follows a strictly christian ethos.

In the wining and dining section The Old Thatched In at Adstock near Buckingham is featured.
